ED KERR

Drummer

Ed’s been playing the drums since the age of 20. Ed joined Macca in 2004 after drunkenly telling the band “I can play the drums” when a guest at a wedding Macca were playing at. The band joker and always up for a laugh, Ed provides the beat at the heart of the Macca sound.

COLIN PRINGLE

Keys, Guitar & Vocals

Colin started playing drums at the age of 10. A multi-talented musician, as well as the drums Colin also plays guitar, piano, trumpet and violin. Colin played drums in many bands in and around his hometown of Newcastle before joining Macca in 2011. Having served his time as a drummer Colin wanted to ‘move to the front’ of the band and sing lead vocals whilst alternating between playing the guitar and the keyboards. The ‘quiet one’ in the band, Colin is happiest when playing an instrument and would happily play live 7 nights a week if he could!
